How many do you believe that your goals and dreams are impossible to achieve? I do believe a majority of people think that their goals and dreams are impossible. The belief that their goals are impossible causes that person never to take that first step because they overwhelm themselves. I’ve been there before and at times I self-sabotage myself without even knowing it. What makes me act on my goals is because I want to transcend the feelings of fear, what if’s, and being overwhelmed. The best way to get over theses feelings is through action and being consistent. To be honest, sometimes I still struggle with my feelings and with being consistent. I just try to do my best each and every day, and that’s what matters to me.

What I would recommend is that you write out your goals in any or all of the following areas:

*Health

*Relationships

*Love

*Personal Development

*Spirituality

*Business

*Finance

*Contribution to society

Make sure your goals are big. You know that saying, “Go big or go home.” Then write down a date of when you want to accomplish that goal. Feel free to change up and rewrite your goals when needed. The goals must be time sensitive. A goal without being time bound is just a wish, something that probably will not come to fruition. Next, determine what actionable steps you need to take each day towards the completion of that goal. Read your goals first thing in the morning and before going to bed. This will keep your eye on the prize, your mind focused on it and embedded in your subconscious. Before you know it you will accomplish your goals. Remember that action towards your goals is KING.

If you find that you need help or assistance in achieving your goals, find a coach or mentor who can provide you with the advice and guidance you need. Everyone needs help from a friend. You can learn from someone else’s mistake, and this will save you allot of time and heartache. The mentors and coaches that I have had helped me tremendously and would not accomplished my goals without them. Asking for help does not mean you are insufficient, it’s about being smart enough to know sometimes you can’t do it alone, and that’s its okay to ask for help.

From now on, look at the word Impossible differently. Look at it in a way that says you and your dream and goals are possible, because I’M POSSIBLE.
